The Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) is an annual poker tournament series that takes place in the Midwest United States. This year’s MSPT featured a $10,000 Main Event and it was won by Alex Newhouse.
Newhouse beat out a field of over 1,100 players to take home the title. He started the final table as the chip leader and managed to hold on through the tournament until the end.
This marks Newhouse’s third MSPT title, which puts him in a very good position heading into next year’s MSPT Main Event. The $10,000 Main Event is one of the most prestigious poker tournaments in the country and it will be interesting to see if Newhouse can defend his title next year.
